They explained what they were doing and even showed pictures they had taken of the area and the lint they discovered. They replaced the belt, vacuumed out the lint within the area and checked my dryer hose, which I had recently replaced, for lint. They checked and cleaned the outside dryer exhaust area. They were both just great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them for their great service! Shane was not here the whole time, but left after the drum was removed and it was confirmed that it was the belt that needed replacing.
