They used a leaf blower to blow out the gutters. Seemed smart. It only took them about 15 mins to do the whole house, which seemed a little too fast. I asked to make sure they also got the downspouts clean, and they said yes. It rained that very week and two of my gutters wouldn't drain....
Quit working 2 weeks after installed. Company couldn't fix problem so they recommend another plumbing company and told us they would reimburse us for cost. Never did. Never returned calls. Had to sue. Never showed for court.

I knew I had water streaming all over crawlspace and my husband believed it was due to watering lawn of the hill our house sits on. Matt was great to work with, he was totally professional. It has been going on for quite a few years, of which I noticed escalation of water even though I decreased watering on above lawn. I wish I had researched this sooner.
