"I called on a holiday and they quickly got back to me the next day, and came the same day they called me back. It took barely five minutes to handle the removal of my item. They were incredibly kind and it was a very pleasant experience! It was expensive but I was happy to pay for the services of a family in my local community and want my money to go back to fellow community members anyway.
