"Service went well. Choice on the other hand denied claim because they stated broken part was not covered. This logic does not make sense! Broken equipment/ part is apart of normal wear. I would not recommend Choice ..choose another company"

"Chayse came around the first time and wasn't able to solve the problem because he didn't have the proper equipment. The second time he came and was able to get 2/3 of the job done. I asked him to also help me install the faucet but he wasn't able to do it because he said the parts didn't fit. Apparently he did not have experience installing widespread 2-Handle faucet. I ended up installing it myself without having to go to home depot buying any extra part."

"The work went well. He did a good job, and we liked his suggestions for parts to purchase, such as the tub, shower head, and the tile. He was very responsive to our questions and requests. He cleaned up each day after he finished. Now that he is finished with that project, we will have him do several other projects at our house. We look forward to seeing our place get even better over time."
