"My husband and I are having our home built for our property and need a Septic Tank installed. This will be our first experience with such a system as we have always lived within city limits that provided City Sewer Service. I found Jerry Thigpen Septic Tank Svc in an online search. I called and left a message on the answering machine at noon and received a call back within 35 minutes. Spoke to Mr and Mrs Thigpen, they both were very professional and pleasant to speak to. "We had 1 issue after installation and they came out right away & fixed it. Great attitudes and were on time as scheduled. Very professional crew. We had just remodeled the basement for 1100 sq ft living space to be added to the home, so I didn’t expect the basement to be such a mess afterwards, so would recommend them emphasize that the client will be cleaning all that up after the install. Very messy after the foundation was dug up around the whole inside perimeter. We still haven’t had the money to replace the new flooring that was pulled up. I should have paid more attention to the contract. That’s on me, not them."
