"I hired R.E.M. Construction from Texas before I moved to MS. They did what was promised and came under budget and I was not even there to supervise! Robert kept me up to date, sent my pictures and stayed in touch with me for weeks while he did basic handyman things at my home. Basically getting my back patio secures for my dogs. "service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."
