"I set up an appointment with a two-hour window. Joe called to confirm then also called when he had a better idea of his ETA. He found that the problem with my sewer line was built up over years and years and the pipe needed to be cleaned out completely. He was able to come back later (6:30pm) and get the job completed. Very professional and nice person."

"Rivers Plumbing did great work once they arrived and their employee was competent and knowledgable. However, they did not arrive on time due to another job that took longer than expected. That would not have been a problem if they had communicated the delay. Because they didn't do so it necessitated several additional phone calls and messages, which was an annoyance."
