"Sherree was wonderful. She came on Easter Sunday to clean our carpets so that we could get inspected first thing Monday morning. Our carpets were in really bad shape from previous tenants. "They showed up on time and promptly started assessing the extent of the stained carpet. He started spraying the major stains with cleaner and hooked up all the equipment to start cleaning. Took him about 30 minutes to clean the areas that I needed cleaned. He was very professional and very nice. When he was done he even gave me little booties to wear while the carpet was drying. No, thick carpet padding isn’t necessarily better than thinner padding. The appropriate padding thickness will depend on the type of carpet and the amount of foot traffic in the area.
