They were excellent to think outside the box for custom work needed to modify the railing in our split level house so that new flooring could be installed by a different contractor. We are very pleased with the final product. They were punctual, polite, open to our suggestions and concerns, easy to work with and cleaned up their mess as they worked. The work was completed in just a few hours. They were very good at communicating and even followed up with us afterwards to make sure there was not anything else we had thought of or noticed after they left."
