I called them and they kept me so calm and was saying it’s going to be all right, It’s going to be all right. And they were right I just had to go to another Menards to get more carpet but everything did turn out all right. They said they will be there at 9:30am to get started, they arrived at 9:25, very prompt. They were professional, they was nice, they was kind and they made my new home look fantastic! "These people are crooks they installed carpet that they didn't know how to install the seems are all all visible and when it was brought up they said they would go away when we vacuum here we are two years later and they are still visible when we brought it up recently they said we were out of warranty these people are crooks!!"
