Dave was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. He also offered some advice with issues found during the inspection. The issues he advised me on later turned out to be very accurate and very helpfull . I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone needing a home inspection

David was was punctual, very through, and exhibited integrity. He included photos in his report with recommendations on what specialty could make repairs. I appreciated that he took time to answer all of my questions. David was prompt in getting the report back to us. Would definitely use him again in the future.
