Description of Work: The billing rate for the basic cable TV service was higher than they told me it would be, and when I asked to reduce my service to only the internet service, they told me it would only save me a couple of dollars and that my internet service was going up $25 in Jan. 2016. I'm dumping them.

Description of Work: Installed internet service. The installation was good but, more importantly, they were very helpful in helping over the phone when we ran into some problems the first week of service.

Description of Work: Installed cable, phone and internet services. Provide all services on a monthly basis. |Internet and phone are OK. Cable has occasional grainy picture and weak signal. For the money, they are no bargain but due to cable providers agreements, they are pretty much the only game in town.

Description of Work: Customer service is terrible and the cable TV often has tiling and delays. We needed a service call and I told the CSR "any day but Saturday". She scheduled it for Saturday anyway, saying "they usually show up early". The technician did NOT show up early, but came on Saturday!!
