I was impressed with the fact that they followed up with me and kept me in the loop on any changes in the paving schedule. They were also very professional and thorough. Their workmanship is excellent and hard to find these days. When they gave us a bid, they also listened and answered all our questions. The owner was personally on the job and made sure everything was done right. We had some concerns about the driveway where there were a couple of small indentations from sticks (we live in the woods) and a couple of lines from where they stopped and started again (this was a big job) but the owner personally came out (after we had already paid him) and answered all our questions. Our driveway is absolutely beautiful and with proper care, it should last for many years to come. We will have them come out again to seal it in the future, and the sealing will fill in the small stick marks and the lines where they stopped and started again. From what I understand, this is normal with asphalt, and not a problem. Sometimes, it's difficult to get companies to call you back and deal with your concerns after they have taken your money. Not with this company. They care about their customers before and after the work is completed. I feel assured knowing that, and for that reason, plus the high quality work, I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family. Also, they purchased their asphalt from an asphalt mix plant that was not the closest and paid more for it because of the higher quality mix so the quality of our driveway would be the very best. I appreciate that, because this was a significant investment for us. Not all asphalt mix is the same. Some is more rocky and doesn't look as good. Our driveway looks great."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/mo/cedar-hill/meramec-paving-and-sealing-llc-reviews-6585558.htm"},"position":2},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"County Tree Service","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"MO","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Cathy F."},"reviewBody":"County Tree Service gave me a reasonable bid which was the lowest bid I received from three companies for taking down two large trees that were close to my house. He provided me with a copy of his insurance information and was very courteous and informative. They showed up when they said they would with a full crew. They worked quickly and safely, and cleaned up everything, including sawdust. You can't even tell there was a tree in my front yard where they removed the stump. They repaired a divot in my neighbor's yard where my tree fell, and offered to pay for a perennial plant that got smashed accidentally :) I would definitely recommend County Tree Service."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/mo/valley-park/county-tree-service-reviews-161460.htm"},"position":3}]}

Hello! My name is Derek Bascue and I have been working and developing knowledge in several handyman fields for over 15 years now. I started out being a janitor at a local daycare while still in high-school and was most recently the "Building and Grounds" technician at a local factory until they got rid of the position. I have cleaned, installed flooring from carpet to tiles, done concrete and landscaping, framed houses, wired entire homes, installed drywall, and had success as a general handyman for a couple local businesses. I'm not afraid to admit I don't know how to do something so if you have something you need done that I haven't mentioned don't hesitate to ask! I take immense pride in the work that I do and love nothing more than hearing positive feedback from customers after completing a job so I am excited to get started on this platform and see where it takes me!

FAQs for plant watering projects in Savannah, MO
Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
Lawn irrigation is the process of getting water to your lawn, grass and all, for it to grow. There are five main types of lawn irrigation methods:
Manual irrigation puts you in charge of the flow of water. Using a sprinkler head on your hose is best to evenly distribute the water across your entire lawn. This doesn’t take much time but requires you to be physically outside holding the hose.
Above-ground sprinklers attach to your hose and rotate or oscillate around your lawn. Since these are above-ground, they’ll need to be moved when it’s time to mow, and depending on the size of your property, you might need to move it around your yard for full coverage.
In-ground sprinklers are flush with the ground when not in use but pop up above the ground level when it's time to water the lawn. Piping for these sprinklers is all found underground, and there are different types of sprinkler heads for different uses and lawn sizes.
Drip irrigation involves drip lines that are more efficient than sprinklers for more extensive lawns. This involves a lot of digging since they are installed underground, but it makes it easy for you to mow.
Rainwater collection and irrigation uses nature’s precipitation to water your lawn. This option might not be available in every area since semi-reliable rainfall is needed, though the barrels for this system can range from 15 gallons to 10,000 gallons or more.
The cost of a lawn sprinkler system is $2,550 for the average homeowner. However, this price can range from $350 to $5,000 or more, depending on the type of sprinkler system you install, the size of your yard, and the type of sprinkler heads you choose. For example, rotating or oscillating sprinkler heads are more expensive than stationary ones, making the cost for one sprinkler head $2.50 to $30 each. Likewise, a yard that is 1/4 of an acre in size averages a total average price of $2,460; however, a one-acre yard averages a cost of $9,840.
Landscaping costs around $3,500 but varies widely from $200 to $14,000. Factors that play a part in your final landscaping price tag include:
Location
Yard size
Project size
Materials
Land preparation
Type of landscaping
Considering so many factors, it’s not surprising that the overall costs can differ. A typical landscaping project is flower bed installation, which averages between $800 and $3,000. However, landscape lighting installation is a higher-end project, with a price tag of $2,000 to $6,000.
