Not only did he have a great team of employee's show up on time, they had everything organized from ground prep, rock deliver, concrete delivery, and temporary fencing down to the minute. I was very impressed with the owners showing up to make sure that I as a home owner was happy with each step of the process and that every employee was very efficient and knew their area of expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on a project you want done right. Just a note not only did the come in on budget, but the other companies I called did not have any where the game plans or explain the details of what to expect. After everything was complete, we had a new decorative concrete patio with custom built pergola (Lee designed and built), new concrete sidewalk, stairs and concrete pad with cedar greenhouse, a custom built gable, additional landscape walls with rock gardens populated with easy-to-care-for plants and our rebuilt retaining wall included a second custom built waterfall.
