Went very well. The only issue was once they left and I turned on the heating system a lot of dust was blown through out the house. If we had been warned it probably wouldn't have been a big deal.

We bought the deal for the carpet cleaning, and we also wanted the vent cleaning so we asked if we need to purchase that deal in addition, but they said they would just give it to us. They showed up and both services took about 1.5-2 hours total. The whole time they were friendly and outgoing....
