Our company is a small company, only employing five full-time employees, though we partner with multiple third-party contractors and other companies to subcontract out certain aspects of certain jobs in which we are not equipped to do so. Though when using these third-party contractors, they are always the same and hold up to our standards of quality, craftsmanship and level of service expected from our clients which enables our company guarantee all of our work up to one year. When hiring our company to take on a project, there are never any unexpected costs that will arise unknowingly so you will always know how much it is you're going to pay and what it is you're paying for. During the summer we run specials on interior and exterior paint jobs. Interior- starting at $100 per room (excluding ceilings) Exterior- %20 off of total amount....

We're a Father/Son team and have been in business since 1977 and on all the major Insurance Company's preferred contractor list. We'll share with you all the technical specs and practical fixes for any problems you have and do the work ourselves. We have masonry craftsmen to call in on bigger jobs. Free estimates are available on jobs where there is a fair chance of winning your job. We're not the the highest or the lowest priced contractors, we try to stay middle of the road pricing. We won't come in and "scare" you with dire warnings about your house, but we will give you an inspection based on local codes and years of experience. We've seen it all before and can solve all chimney related problems. We've also done historic work on homes in greater Kansas City and St Joseph,and did the first round of work on the Freight House in Kansas City,as well as lots of work in downtown Lee's Summit. We also do basement repair and waterproofing such as wall bracing and backfill dirt. Waterproof paint on basements and raising window wells and epoxy basement wall cracks

He did a great job. He was very punctual. He did such great work that I refuse to hire anyone else. He's worked for me for the past 2 years and he's very trustworthy. Overall he's a hard worker.

He painted and hung up gutters for me. A small bathroom remodel was done as well.

Our company offers everything from coming out and fixing a leaky Fossett, to replacing your entire sink, painting one room to remodeling an entire house. We are fully insured, licensed and bonded by the state to contract work. We have on staff master carpenters, HVAC technicians, Masons, paint crews, trim carpenters and licensed contractors. Offering a combined total of over 150 years in construction, remodel and home repair experience.

Services Not Offered

The only services which movie do you know where are completely new construction, with the exception of small additions and pouring new cement driveways. Other than those few things, there's no such thing as a job to small, or too big to handle.
