"Michael and his crew did an excellent job cleaning, removing years of dust and webs from the basement. It is now super clean and refreshed. Highly recommend."

"They arrived on time, did the job and cleaned up all the tree branches and leaves, taking them with them. The company owner was a little over anxious in wanting to increase the amount of work they were preforming to get more money for the day. The only real issue was the owner came and went and a limb was dropped on one of my fences, but there was little damage. I would suggest that his employees pick up after themselves, I picked up four water bottles and a big gulp cup scattered around my yard. I recommended this company to my neighbor who also had some work done."

"LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

"He was efficient and thorough, cleaned my whole yard, removed trees and dead wood. Cleaned the gutters and hauled my junk away."

"Their work was preformed to our satisfaction. They were prompt in arriving and also in finishing their work in a timely manner. I think highly of their work because I also realize that we waited a long time to get our furnace and ducts cleaned so it was an even harder job to do."

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"Mr. Adams is professional, courteous and knowledgable. He took time to explain what work was performed and he provided a complete assessment of roof's condition, what work might be needed in the next five years  and specific items to inspect or watch each year. He sealed all nail pops on the roof, and used sealant to repair slight cup in a bad shingle seam. Work completed was exactly what he promised to perform when we initially discussed the job.
I would recommend Southern Grace roof inspection services to others in need of such work.
