Jeff guided us through the inevitable ebbs and flows, from variances and permits to tear down and construction. When we hit a couple challenges, Jeff helped us navigate the issues and keep the job on track. "Our home is 20 years old and due to some things that the original builders did during construction, we had excessive floor noise (squeaks and creaks) and the overall floor performance wasn't what it should be. I found Gary and Kimberlin Construction here, and after reviewing the site, talking to Gary, and sharing the specifics of our situation, he and his team were the right folks to come in and help us out. The overall job took three days, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The floor feels much better when walking on it, and the squeaks and creaks have effectively been eliminated. Throughout the job Gary and his team were professional, always on time, and took the time to both listen to the info that I shard, as well as explained what exactly they were going to do as well as what they did. They worked in a safe manner while in our home, something that is so important given the situation with COVID. The price was quite reasonable for the work that was done, and if I had to do it all over again I would. I whole-heartedly recommend Kimberlin Construction for any work that you need done, and I will certainly be using them again as needed for other repair or remodeling projects."

"Bruce and his guys did a great job on multiple projects. They repaired the deck and three season porch, replaced damaged wood around the garage, installed siding, and replaced the kitchen counters. His bids are detailed, so there are no surprises, and the work is very reasonably priced. Everyone showed up on time and got the jobs done in a timely manner (based on past experience with other contractors, that is highly unusual!). I needed other work done that Bruce does not do, so he recommended another contractor That contractor also turned out to be excellent!"
