"Customer service was excellent. Dale and his wife Shannin arrived promptly at 9 o'clock and went directly to work, as Dale and I previously discussed my options, and the price, on the telephone. Dale and his Shannin were cordial, polite and answered all of my questions and concerns. This Husband and wife team were neat, clean and efficient. I could tell that they were proud of their work and very attentive to ever detail. I generally prefer doing business with a family owned company, as they are personally on the job and the price was certainly fair, as I checked with several other companies. My patio was discolored, stained and totally faded out. I was hoping that Dale and Shannin would be able to bring back the original look. I can tell you that when the job was complete, my wife and I were blown away by the results. Our patio is absolutely gorgeous. Please check out the before and after pictures. "Very professional from start to finish. They were able to sneak us in between other projects because of the recent crazy weather we have had. They had to split the job, 2 days work, gone for a few days and finished up in 2 days. Communicated with me to let me know what was going on and why they took this break. They try to focus on one job at a time, but since they were able to get us in so early in the season, I had no problem with them taking a break. The break came at a natural time in the process and did not affect the outcome of the pool deck. They did a great job of cleaning up during and after their work. Very professional group. They were so good, we plan on getting them back to fix our driveway later this summer."
