"Absolutely spot on and fantastic from my first sales call by Karen who explained everything from wood decks to composite decks to financing and how communication would flow throughout the process of replacing our wood deck with a composite deck. Once we signed up we waited about 6 weeks until it was our turn. Paul the Production manager let us know when our deck supplies would be delivered. Next came a call from Justin who would be in charge of the actually crew that would be removing our old deck and building our new deck. The actual crew worked their magic in removing our old deck in less than a half day and construction started on our new deck immediately. our brand new deck was complete in less than a day and a half. The crew working were fast and efficient. Every detail was taken care of the first time. Communication from beginning to conclusion was choreographed exactly like our sales person, Karen said it would be done. We are so pleased with Maris Home Improvements. We highly recommend them! "This company is very easy to work with. A few years ago we had them put in walkway lighting. They offered to come in and set it up so that we could see how it would look and then they would come back and install more or differently depending on how we felt. I actually thought I wanted more lights but they told me I didn't need it. I appreciate they tried to keep the costs down. We've called them back recently to change the motion light on the back of our house. We already had a fixture there so they just needed to put in something different (~$250). Everything I was seeing at Home Depot got poor reviews and I was sick of changing lightbulbs. Daniel responded to my emails in a timely manner and always answered the phone when I called. But also, we were a few minutes late getting to the house and he was in the front fixing the lights (repositioning b/c we'd had landscaping done) they had installed a few years ago!!
