"We were impressed they would travel to Lebanon, MO. They did an assessment of the Duct Cleaning and installation of a, iWave-R and gave us fair quote. Arrived promptly on the day of service. Explained what was to be done, approximate amount of time needed and it was all as stated. I was also appreciate of the assistance given to move a two larger items from under the vents. "The gutters got cleaned. Leaf Filters were installed on the gutter. I am waiting to see if the filters actually worked. There were two issues. The first is that the installer did not show for the orginal appointment. I had to call customer service to reschedule the appointment. The second issue is that two items in my garage were stolen. The items were a toilet auger and a day pack. The day pack contained "essential items" for hiking that I have had for at least 30 years. Essential means items like a compass, emergency blanket, first aid etc. plus a monocular. It will cost around $250.00 to replace."
