"I knew that I was going to need very good help with this water heater replacement. The old one was 22 years old and had a lot of sediment in it. Also the location was difficult to get to. Jack sheduled the appointment to fit my schedule. Brad and Mickey arrived promptly and tackled the situation. As expected, the drain was clogged and the tank was way too heavy to lift out without draining. When using air pressure failed, they pulled out a shop vac, jerry-rigged a small hose on the end and slowly suck out enough water to allow the tank to be lifted out. They're one of the best crews I've ever had working for me. I have my mechanic, my electrician, and now I have my plumbers. I'll never use anyone else and I highly recommend them."

T & S went above and beyond. They looked for vintage flooring to match and customized the old-fashioned trim to match perfectly - no easy task b/c this trim and flooring type is no longer made. They smoothed and prepped the wall (plaster/lathe/wallpaper - difficult to work with) for me in areas not related to the lighting installation, knowing I’d be painting soon. Fast, friendly, and professional service. They were prepared with all supplies. They cleaned and organized the work space thoroughly before leaving every day they were there (2-3 days). They were responsive and straightforward throughout the project, gave helpful advice when I asked, and sought out ways to save me money. The transformation was major and i’m very happy with the results."

"THIS IS A WARNING TO EVERYONE. Curtis Wald of Wald plumbing is not to be trusted. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. I and my wife tried to use him for a bathroom plumbing and remodeling job due to an old home with a bad leak and bad floors. He showed up to our initial estimate appointment several hours late but gave us an excuse. We accepted it and took him on as the contractor after he gave us what I thought at the time was a fair estimate. We paid up front 650.00 that he needed to start which was roughly a 1/3 of his labor he was going to charge us. He also said the job would take Tues - Thurs and possibly Friday. He then was late to meet us at Home Depot a couple of days later to buy the parts he needed before starting the job and we had to drag out our whole day before he finally arrived after telling us he would be free that day anytime. He also has no work truck (unlike what his picture shows) and we were forced to haul all the supplies back in our SUV. He then no showed on his first scheduled day of work after telling us he would be there in the afternoon. He was then late on his second day of work and only got in 1 hour before having to leave to get more tools then did not return until almost 5 hours later saying he got in a wreck ( which we could not see any damage to his car) and then worked for another 1 hour and 20 minutes and called it a day. He promised the following day to be there by 9:00 am. He was not and left a text message and 11:58 saying he was running late. At 11:59 I fired him and told him to give us back 365.00 of the money we gave for only 2 1/2 hours of work. We were still willing to pay him 285.00 out of the 650.00 we paid up front for the work he did do which is based off his competitors rate. He refused to give us our money back. I and my wife took off a combined 20 hours off of our job for this to get done and only about 3 hours of work out of him. I am now in the process of taking him to small claims court which we have little hope of resolution. This person is incompetent and has no communication or time management skills. He has negative reviews on Angies list too. The reviews that are negative and state he does not communicate and does not show up when he is supposed to, or phone calls go straight to voice mail NEED TO BE BELIEVED. I am truly warning everyone do not fall for the positive reviews this guy is not to be trusted"

"The "gentleman" who says he owns this business has yelled at me several times for his parts failing in less than 2 months of service. He also let me know that he recorded me the entire time he was in my home when I called him to tell him his parts failed. I was home alone, which makes this all the more scary. When I asked why in the world he thinks that is okay, especially since he didn't say he was recording me, was because "I could have had heroin on my kitchen table". W**??? He told me I couldn't "crap in my own hand" and then expect something different - this was after I asked for my money back instead of inviting this crazy person back to my home. At the first visit when he was to service my unit he went off about capitalism and got REAL red to the point that I was uncomfortable with his nasty political rhetoric and vitriol. He does not listen when a client speaks. He cuts you off or will loudly, to the point of yelling, talk over you. I'm sure he doesn't treat men the same, he's a real toxic person. He let me know that I have no legal rights. This definitely tells you he knows he is wrong when within minutes of questing his decision making, he goes to lawyers. Do yourself a favor - especially if you are a female or a man whos wife would be home alone at the time of service, like me - and never use Pettry for any service. This man is scary. I'm posting this everywhere I can."
