Hello, I’m a local guy born and raised right here in Columbia. I’m available to do all kind of residential ground work from reshaping your property for proper drainage to clearing trees and overgrowth for better views. I focus on selective growth management in which I remove all scrubby trees and undergrowth to maximize the life of the wanted trees. I also clear large amounts of land. I install drainage systems for gutter and footings to get the water away from your house.

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"I called the main number at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, New Years Day.  John answered the phone personally.  I apologized for calling on the holidays and explained my problem.  John said it was no problem and he would schedule a visit on first thing Friday morning.  (It was scheduled to rain heavily on Thursday, so he need a time when it was clear to get on the roof.)  
John gave me a courtesy call Friday morning to let me know that he was arriving on schedule and to make sure I was home.  John diagnosed the problem and explained it to me.  In addition to the repair, he did an inspection of the other vent pipes, cleaned accumulated debris off of the roof and did a general roof inspection.  I asked John to give me an appraisal of the roof lifespan (another two years) and an estimate for a roof replacement, so I could budget for the future.
John was very professional and he is interested in doing the small jobs to take care of his customers, knowing that he will get the bigger jobs later.  John gave me a honest appraisal of my roof's lifespan.  He was not pushing for an immediate roof replacement (unlike some other roofing companies).    I was very happy with the service that I received.  I will call on Southern Grace Exteriors, in the future when I need roofing work done.

"Nick rang when he knew he would be late (only 20 min) and apologized for being late.
He and an assistant put glass block in 3 basement windows. They cleaned out the window wells, enlarged the openings, removed the thin plexiglass that was in the window frames, installed the glass block, cleaned up and removed all materials. The job took approx. 4 hours. They were both very neat and polite and I could not have asked for a better experience. In fact, I am having them back for another job.
