Appliance Sale
The salesman in the store was very helpful during the process. They had an employee discount sale going on, so the price was better than at some other places we looked. They also had rebates for the delivery fees so that delivery ended up being free (and there were some other rebates on the appliances as well). The in-store experience was very good. The delivery of the appliances did not go as well-one of the two delivery men seemed rather grumpy that day (the other was very professional), and they left without balancing the washer after they set it up. They also did not have the right electrical cord for the dryer, so I had to go to a hardware store myself later on and get one and install it. Their service technicians came out twice to look at our refrigerator a month or two after it was installed (they perform their own warranty service the first year). The first one didn't know what was going on, and the second one correctly diagnosed and helped to fix the problem. Overall, given the price and quality of the appliances we purchased, the experience was a good one (just with a couple of hiccups).

I was very happy with them. I looked around at another store and this company beat their price. I was very happy that their freezer came in so quickly. They were very courteous over the phone and I thought they were great! They put it right where I wanted it and I really liked them.

Furniture - Sales
They were scheduled to deliver on March 10, 2007 and the desk unit is damaged and the top bed wasn't delivered. I've called them several times and they just give me the runaround. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
