"Foreman(Sean) rarely showed up. Workers demonstrated a noticeable lack of construction knowledge. They were irate when asked to redo incorrect work. Was promised work would be done in 8-12 weeks, it is now 6 months later and work still isn't complete."

This method is only appropriate for tiles that are undamaged and securely in place.
