"The person who measured our floors did a terrible job. They over measured by over 100 square feet on a job that was only 650 sq feet. I knew this because I had previously measured the same area. When I asked to see their measurements, I noticed the person failed to remove square footage where cabinets existed and also squared off rooms that we're not square. This contributed to the over measure. After I pressed them with these findings, they performed a re-calculation I and came in 100 sq ft less. This was exactly where I expected. Besides the mis-measurement, the actual installers were great. Murphy subcontracted to JBM Floors and I loved them.

"Provider called at about 8pm the night before to cancel a Monday appointment.  Granted, this was during a rough winter, but a little more advanced notice would have helped.
Seemed to do a nice, thorough job on the air ducts, however the deal was for a fixed number of supplies & returns.  I had fewer supplies, but more returns, so I was charged a surcharge for each additional return, even though they were shorter than most of my supplies.
Could have done a better job cleaning up dirt and dust that accumulated on my floors around the vents that had piled up during the vacuuming. 
Staff was very nice.
All and all pretty good though, would probably use again.  My vents were filthy and now they are not.

"My wife and I were very happy with the professionalism, courteousness and friendly demeanor exhibited by all of the Premier tradesmen assigned to our project. ?They were quick to explain what they were doing and what would ?be done next. ?We ran into a snag on our part when the paint chosen for the basement walls did not look as we had expected. ?They did not blink when my wife changed the paint, fortunately we were able to use that basement paint on another project. ?We used a separate company to install flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. Coordinating the two companies was extremely easy to do. ?The office staff was very accommodating and able to schedule work with little delay. ?
