The person who installed the door did okay. He ended up not straightening the door frames so my husband actually went back and redid it; but still, the door is fantastic. It solved the issues we were having so we're very happy with it. We were very happy with the salesman because he pointed us at the right direction for what we needed; and they gave us a break with the price which was very helpful.

There's a service kiosk in the appliance area of the store where the entire process, from purchase to arranging installation, was contracted.  An order for the non-stock appliance was made, and we were told that the installer would contact us upon receipt at the store to schedule the installation.  Dan's Kitchen and Bath Remodeling called and set up the appointment.  Following that call Lowe's contacted us to verify the installation appointment.  

Dan Davidson, the owner, called an half hour prior to advise that he was at the store, picking up the unit and would be at the premise within the half hour.  He arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional.  We were very pleased that he tested each drawer, running a short cycle, and checked for leaks at all of his connections.  Also, he ran through the operation of the unit.

Then, just this morning while typing this review, we received a follow-up call from Lowe's to make sure everything went ok and if we had any problems or concerns.  Great customer service.

We will definitely shop again at Lowe's for major appliances in the future.

It's convenient for us and the store is set up nicely. It's easier to find things in Lowes.

We shop at Lowe's all the time over Home Depot. They have better service and I think the people are knowledgeable when you ask them a question for the most part. A lot of times you go for a specific item and they don't have it, but that's the way everywhere.

We worked with Phil at the Arnold location. He guided us through the process from Toilet to faucets to glass shower enclosure. Very professional and attentive. Toilet was damaged when it came in, but they replaced it promptly without issue. They provided an installer for the glass shower enclosure. Had a few minor issues with the installer, but again, Phil and the Lowes management took care of the issues quickly.

Lowes has reasonable prices. Its location is close and you can usually find a salesperson to help you. Now always, but usually. If you don't know where something is or you have a question on a product.

I spent about $1800 on the job. They tore out the entire front door and the door frame, along with the windows on both sides. They replaced the fitting on the door. They put in new locks. I went in there and they showed me what I wanted. I told them what I was looking for. Within minutes, they had the product out that I had told them about. They gave me the price. They were exceptional. The guy, who came out to install the door, was also professional. He was neat. It was a cold day. There was a big hole in front of the house. He took measures not to let the heat out of the house. The price was good. I will use them again in the future.
