Bob with Antonsen construction did our roof as well as many others in our townhome associations which had partial hail damage. Bob's team did a wonderful job getting things done in a timely manner and completed everything in a couple days with his crew.. They were professional and delivered within budget and pricing was very fair. They followed up on couple of small items that needed attention in a timely manner and workmanship was great!! He even agreed to send his guys back over reseal and check skylights once weather gets nice enough for me to paint trim on our curbed skylights. This will allow me to paint from the top which is very helpful as we have 20ft cielings in spots. We would highly recommend Antonsen construction for any of your contracting needs..Two thumbs up!

Jesse came over to make a bid on our roof job sometime in May, 2013 because of some hail damage we had experienced. We were getting competing bids, and the Antonsen bid was pretty close to everyone else's . . . within a couple hundred dollars above or below. Jesse was very honest and straight-forward about the job, and I felt a little better doing business with him than some of the others. Jesse was here to meet the insurance adjuster, and pointed out some damage we didn't know we had, such as to the gutters. The job was delayed a number of times because of our insurance company, but Jesse always responded promptly to my calls and texts as I updated him on the timeline. When the insurance check finally came, the Antonsen crew showed up at about noon on a Wednesday and did the complete tear-off and re-decking, and had the entire roof of the house completed and cleaned up by 9 pm. They came back the next day at 7:00 am and did the small garage, I was gone but I can't imagine it took more than a couple hours. The gutters were contracted out and were in a few weeks later, they look great. Very professional, very patient, very prompt. A+.

Bob wasn't sure if the house would need some repairs to the roof decking. His bid reflected both ways. He came over, checked the attic and said it didn't. He stuck to the price and they did a great job.

Antonsen Construction Inc were excellent. They were prompt on the job, they did it quickly, expertly, professionally, they were well prepared, they didn't make a mess but still cleaned up after themselves and they did an excellent job.

This was a great experience. They were professional, punctual and very reasonably priced. They took time to analyze the problem and explained everything that they recommended for the repair. They took before and after pictures as I requested. After the job was done he took the time to explain in detail how it went. I was able to pay with credit card online for an easy transaction. They arrived on time, were extremely fast in what they did. The leader took pictures of before and after the job. They cleaned up after themselves. You could not tell they had been there. I was totally pleased with the job they did.

We traded phone calls, then Bob came out to my house, measured up the roof for proper ventilation and then scheduled the installation. I did not need to be present for the install, I simply came home from work and they were there, as scheduled. Worked out great!

Overall experience was fine. this is a small/quick job for them. I had to climb into attic and attach the duct from their vent to my fan. Nothing to difficult. It required an adaptor I had to buy, as duct is 4" and fan opening is 3".

The quality and excellent customer service was extraordinary. The word done was done with pristine quality work, but the customer relationship and Service was World Class. I trusted the process, the work and the Company. I had reviewed three Contractors to complete the project, and my deciding factor was the interaction with the individuals of the Company. I choose Antonsen because of that first impression.

We called Antonsen construction to replace our roof. We did not have an insurance claim so the quality of the services was a huge priority given the cost of the project. Andrew came out and gave us a quote. He was friendly, courteous, and did not use any aggressive pressure techniques to try and get a quick sale. They were very responsive and completed the job within the initial timeline discussed. Everything Andrew outlined in our initial meetings agreed to the services provided. The team doing the work showed up at 6:45 am and worked with little break until 7:30 pm. The were polite and appeared knowledgeable. The foreman, Doug, was friendly, respectful and did a wonderful job as well. Bob, the owner, and Andrew stopped by multiple times during the project to make sure I was satisfied and even replaced some of the boards under my roof that had rotted due to the roof leaking at no extra charge. They did a great job cleaning the yard afterward as well. I would definitely hire them again.

Bob came out promptly with a competitive and reasonable estimate. His crew showed up at the time promised, and worked hard during the entire job. All details were completed as promised, and the workmanship was superior. His crew was clean-cut, courteous and showed an interest in their work and attention to detail. All scrap materials were removed and the temporary dumpster was located in a remote location. Bob should be the first guy you call for any exterior work you need. He’s a straight shooter with a great company. He’s my first choice for any future projects

Great experience from start to finish. Bob and crew were punctual, reliable and finished the work promised. Bob went above and beyond finding someone for our sofit, and facia work which was fantastic. Will be using him in the future for any work. The estimate came in at what we expected for such a large scale job. Bob had a crew perform attic clean up and clean up around the property to our satisfaction

Bob Antonsen was the only contractor of three contacted that provided an estimate with in a day of initial request. All three estimates were within 10%, however Bob seemed to have more experience with insurance claims. Our insurance company seemed unable to complete the claim but eventually with Bob and I double teaming the adjuster they signed off on the replacement. Bob set a schedule of two days to complete the job and met that deadline. Work completed and site clean up was above my expectation. Bob returned after the first rain to sweep the yard one more time for nails that may have washed off the roof. Very impressive service! New roof looks great!

I had to wait a couple months to actually get the work done, but the roof is now on and looks nice.

I needed my roof re-shingled as I had the organic shingles from the 1990's that were losing their pebbling and starting to curl at the edges. Bob (the owner) came out and met with my wife an I for an estimate. He was prompt and courteous. He went over all our options in detail and brought literature for the different types of shingles he recommended. He explained the process thoroughly and we agreed on a price and when the work would approximately begin (depending on weather). A few weeks later, the work began and was completed in 1 1/2 days. Bob was on site several times during the work to check on his crew and came back at the completion to re-inspect their work and clean up any stray nails that they may have missed. We discussed several items that I had questions about and he sent a crew back to address them the next day. When he came back that evening to check their work again, he still was not completely happy and spent the next 2 hours (in the rain!) making sure the work was completely up to his (and my) standards. This is the first roof I have ever had to replace and Bob and his crew made the experience easy and worry free. Bob's experience showed and his true willingness to address any issue of concern before accepting my final check was a testament to his outstanding business and customer service ethics. Without question, I would recommend the services of Bob and his company!

I can highly recommend Bob Antonsen as a contractor for roof replacement. Bob is always available to discuss your project and willing to work with the owner. He and his crew are very professional and know what they're doing. He stands behind his work and goes above & beyond to complete the project to the owners satisfaction. I was really lucky to have found this company! My roof had a few leaks in the SE corner before the roof was installed, and after all the rain we've had this season, I had a little leakage after the roof was installed. Bob took care of that issue immediately and my roof does not leak anymore. I will need siding in the future and will definitely have Bob Antonsen and his crew do that project too. Bob the owner, of Antonsen Construction was there everyday. His crew was courteous, on time. They did a awesome job. Everything was cleaned up very well. Antonsen Construction is Subperiod !

Bob met with the insurance adjuster on the roof. The adjuster told me how a claim works and what the next steps were. I gave Bob the ok to start work and when I came home from work a week later, I had a new roof. They finished up the next morning before while I was working. When I came home I walked the yard and didn't find one nail! My insurance company call to see if I was satisfied and and that was that. I told them more than satisfied because Bob kept me informed as needed though out the roofing and the insurance process. It was the most painless contract job I've ever had!

Met the insurance adjuster at the house. Did all of the footwork for us. We just needed to contact the insurance company and sign off on everything. The job was at our lake home and it turned out great. Our project manager made sure that everything was taken care of. When we went up a few weeks later, it looked like they were never there. No mess, nothing looked out of place. Just a nice looking roof and a job well done.

After getting bids and talking to a number of roofing contractors, choosing Antonsen Construction and their Project Manager Scott Witzel was an easy decision to make. Scott was very personable and we could tell that he and Antonsen had our interests at heart and we were not just another roofing sale. Scott helped us navigate through the confusing red tape that insurance companies throw at a home owner and our house and garage were re-roofed in a timely and cost effective manner. The yard was left spotlessly clean. We are happy homeowners with our new roofs and strongly recommend this family-owned business where customer satisfaction appears to be always their first priority.

My home is a twin home and this company was able to advise my insurance company properly when they discovered there was no proper tar paper under the existing shingles. He was able to identify problems that other roofing companies were not able to identify. They probably saved me a lot of additional grief later on. They did a great job with the roof replacement, completed it in one day, also replaced my skylight and cleaned up beautifully afterward. The manager Scott was very personable, very hands on and very easy to work with. I recommend them highly.
