Everything went great, even better than I expected. Dave worked with my schedule, his sons showed up on time. We had a very corroded pipe on the WH, so it looked as though the heater might need to be replaced. The guys were able to save the water heater which saved us hundreds of dollars. They also fixed a problem leak on our bath tub. We live in an older house and the clearance on the drain pipe was an issue. They were able to replace the pipe, and it is finally done correctly ( the last guy didn't get it right ) I will recommend them to my friends and family, and will call them gain for any of our plumbing needs

They rebuilt part of the plumbing so that it won't be an issue in the future. We had some old pipes that didn't drain well and with two daughters, there is a lot of hair going down the drain. They provide great service and we plan to use them for future plumbing needs.

Excellent. They are honest, professional and have great quality. I wish we would have used them for our most recent plumbing need instead of using a certificate we purchased at a silent auction.

I noticed on a Friday that my water heater was leaking, and it needed to be replaced. I contacted Dave at AAA Newstrom Plumbing later that day. He promptly returned my call. We discussed the issue. Long story short...I had a new water heater and shut off valves before noon on Monday morning. Dave is a true professional and very personable. He addresses your needs and gives you an upfront, honest quote. I have also hired Newstrom Plumbing to take care of all my plumbing repairs in my kitchen remodel that is wrapping up. AAA Plumbing called us back immediately, when several other plumbers we tried to contact didn't even call us back. Now we are glad they were the ones to call us back. They fit us in right away knowing we had a pipe leaking inside kitchen wall into our finished basement below. We were so fearful it was going to be a major repair and any other plumber may have told us it was going to be and charged us an arm and a leg, as we would not have known otherwise. The Newstroms were so honest and did not take advantage of us. They knew how to fix it immediately and it did not cost us very much at all. We are so thankful. So great to still find honest people out there. Anytime we have a plumbing issue, big or small, there is only one phone call we will be making and that is AAA Plumbing by Newstrom!

Fantastic! When I made the appointment, they were booked a week out but were able to squeeze me in sooner rather than later. Josh, the repair man, called 30 minutes before he arrived, and he arrived on time. He was very tidy, as quiet as he could be (my four month old was trying to nap!), polite, and quickly repaired the dishwasher. He cleaned up after himself and was out within the hour. I will absolutely use AAA in the future!

These guys are very friendly, hard working, and HONEST. Dave (the owner) gave me a quote/estimate for the work, not a "bid". Despite the fact that the job took an hour longer than expected, he only charged me the quoted price rather than the full extra hour that he could have. His son, Derek, (and his helper) were very polite and went right to work. He explained the bill in detail and made sure I didn't have any questions. This was a great experience and I would be happy to use them for any future plumbing needs.

THE PLUMBER ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED. THE PLUMBERS WERE COURTEOUS. THEY MADE SURE AIR WAS DRAINED FROM ALL PIPING IN THE HOUSE. WORK WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. I WILL DEFINITELY CONSIDER AAA FOR FUTURE PLUMBING NEEDS.

Very responsive, friendly, professional, and he is a good honest guy. He is very good at working with you to fit your budget and won't pressure you to fix things that don't need fixing. He works to fit you into his busy schedule if you have a problem the requires quick repair and truly cares about his customers. He prefers to work in his hometown and local area. He gets to know you and is one of the best service providers we have ever used.

Called Dave that afternoon and left him a message. He called back the same day and said they would be able to come over the next day and could work with my schedule. Instead of having a new disposal installed, we asked that they remove the old one and put in a new strainer and plumbing. Him and his guys Tim and Derek are just great. They are prompt, friendly and always do a great job. They were done with the job in about an hour. We've used AAA plumbing for the last 9 years and are always happy with the services performed.

Somehow a dishrag went down the drain and nobody noticed until the next day when we used the garbage disposal. Disposal was dead and no longer working.
