They are the greatest electricians I have ever used. They are really good.

The service was fine. They did a good job.

We had a laundry list of small items. We needed them to coordinate with our tenant to get in and have her show them an issue she was having and they just dealt with everything. They knew what we needed to meet code requirements on the smoke detectors and got it all done. They also certified that the wiring had been redone recently for our insurance company.

They were fine. I would recommend them.

I contacted Stafford through Angie's list and they responded immediately to my request, others did not. We communicated via email to determine the needs. Then a tech was sent to our home to do an in house inspection of the project. We received an estimate and then communicated further about details and scheduling. Due to my heavy travel, I was unable to respond to Stafford, yet when I returned, we picked up right where we left off and completed the project.

They arrived promptly for both the estimate and the work itself. They explained what needed to be done and completed the work in a timely manner.

They were prompt, courteous, thorough, professional, and answered all of our questions. They explained how things work and gave suggestions for efficiency.

Very professional and worked quickly. He replaced a GLI outlet outside and replaced a regular outlet inside. He also looked at the garage light that was not working. I forgot to present the 10% off coupon I had for Stafford. I emailed Stafford and within a couple of days, I received a check for the 10% difference.

I was very happy with Stafford Home Service and would definitely use them again. The owner himself came out to do an estimate for my projects. We had kind of an odd assortment of things that we needed fixed but definitely needed an electrician to do. He offered to put on shoe protectors before coming in which was really nice (even though our house isn't clean enough to matter, I appreciate the effort!) The estimates seemed right for the work we needed, and he explained their really solid service guarantees, so I didn't even pursue the other two companies I'd looked into. Stafford seemed very trustworthy and of course has great reviews here. Scheduling the work was really easy, and I liked how their main office person, Peggy, called the day before with an appointment reminder and timeframe the electrician would be in to do the work. The guys were on time and quickly completed the work - we were thrilled with the new dimmer switches, especially since a previous electrician told us that it couldn't be done on our weird 3-switch switchplate! There was also a broken outlet that we weren't sure if it could be fixed, but Kris said we could just give it a certain amount of time to diagnose the problem, and then we'd know how much it would cost to go further or if it was even repairable, which I REALLY appreciated - nice to know without spending too much. It turns out they could fix it and the electricians on the first job left an estimate, I scheduled the work and the same electrician came back later to do the job. Very happy with the work and interacting with the scheduling and the office staff, electricians who performed the work were professional and courteous and did exactly what we needed. I would definitely use them again.

Chuck arrived right on time and worked quickly, efficiently and got the job done in just under an hour. The price was actally $200 less than another estimate I'd gotten from another company previously so I was pleasantly surprised by the final cost.

From shceduling to completion, Stafford never disaapoints and this experience was again a great one! Scheduling was easy and simple with the office. Dan completed the inspection and gave us an overview of everything. he even spent some extra time talking about options for replacement and thermostats. I truly enjoy working with Stafford home service and will definitely call them whe it's time replace my forced air furnace. GREAT JOB!

This job took three separate visits from Stafford (Chuck, Kris and Glenn). On the first visit, Chuck recommended that we hire a handyman or carpenter before the installation to make the necessary adjustments to our siding so that the outdoor fixtures could be mounted straight. We had mistakenly thought that Stafford could do this for us after two telephone calls to their office verifying that the technicians would be able solve this issue. We found a handyman to do the work, and he also installed the fixtures for us. On the second visit, Kris came out to determine what electrical work would be required to synchronize operation of the fixtures. We wanted them to turn on at the same time, turn off at the same time, and turn brighter at the same time when motion is detected. Kris offered us a couple options, and we went with the more economical choice. On the third visit, Glenn performed the work for us. The two fixtures that he wired together for us operate exactly the way we want them to, and we're very pleased with the work. Everyone we encountered at Stafford (Peggy, Chuck, Kris and Glenn) were friendly, professional and easy to work with. Scheduling was easy, messages were returned promptly, and each technician called when they were on the way to the house. Overall it was a good experience.

We could not be happier with Stafford. They came out quickly and provided a competitive estimate. They took time to understand what we were looking for and accepted that we had not finalized all decisions yet. On the day the rough-in started, Kris showed up to walk through and confirm every aspect of the job. Glenn showed up later and Kris relayed the details to him to do the work. All the work was done as expected. Later, after other parts of the remodel were done, Glenn came back to do the finish. The experience was terrific. Everyone we worked with from Peggy for coordinating schedules and inspections to Glenn (and Chris) who did the work to Kris who estimated and coordinated on-site were friendly and professional. Kris was especially helpful looking plans, answering all our questions and offering suggestions. We did have one small problem with one of the outlets. When we notified them about it, they scheduled Glenn to come back out and he took care of it. Great support service after the job was done! We would hire Stafford again in a heartbeat.

We actually used them for 2 separate projects and I neglected to do a review on the first one so I will combine them both here We did a mudroom addition attached to our kitchen then gutted the kitchen to the studs. I used Stafford to do all the electrical in the addition as well as run a new HVAC supply there as well. They also redid all the wiring in the kitchen and installed new can lights in the lid. Because we removed a wall that contained HVAC supplys to the kitchen as well as a 2nd floor bedroom they had to rerun both those supplys in different walls. The supply going to the bedroom was a challenge and it looked like the back of 2 kitchen cabinets would have to be cut out in order for the duct to run inside the wall the cabinets hang on. Well the installer did a great job working the angles and bends of the duct and was able to keep everything inside the walls so no modification was needed to the cabinets. He ran the new supply to the bedroom, cut the hole in the existing wood floor, and everything looks great, as if it was always there. All the electrical work was done perfectly, they kept everything clean, and they passed the inspection with the city with no problem. The second project was just a continuation of the remodel, which consisted of gutting the living room and dining room to the studs. This time they redid all the wiring in those two rooms and also ran the wire for a new ceiling fan. Again everything went perfectly. Peggy was great working with me on scheduling on both projects. I did most all the other work on the remodels myself so scheduling was a little hard because I never knew how fast I would get things done and when I would need them back to do their finals. I took a long time getting things done and they waited patiently for me to get back to them to schedule them for their finals, which I apperciated. I would give them as much advanced notice as I could on when I would need them back, which was usually only a few days, and they would always make it work without making me wait very long to fit into their schedule. They always arrived on time did the jobs efficiently and always cleaned up at the end. Dave did all the electrical work and did a great job. He was professional and very courteous. I spent 20 years in the housing construction industry and they met all my expectations. We have another level of our house to remodel and they will be doing all the HVAC and electrical work on those projects.

We arranged for the service date, but had to cancel and re-schedule the day of the appointment. They were amazingly understanding and flexible to accommodate. On the day of service, they were on time, efficient, professional, cordial - taking time to explain or answer any questions we had. We were extremely please with the work. When the city inspector came and "took issue" with things Stafford had nothing to do with - Stafford went the extra mile to address and resolve them - at no additional cost to us! Amazing. Kris and his staff are fantastic.
