Everything was smooth, timely and professional.

We started off with "just" a home theater install since we moved in with a system we have previously used. This quickly expanded to several other projects. Jason was both gracious about our additional requests as well as professional, timely and very helpful. We are extremely pleased with the service and we look forward to working with them in the future for other electrical/audio needs.

Overall it was great working with Stafford. The guy who came out was prompt, courteous, and explained things well. He spent quite a while diagnosing our issue (in the August heat) yet only charged us a standard visit. He gave us great advice so we could fix the problem ourselves. I can't say enough about his professionalism. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and also recommend them to others.

Soonest appointment was one week from initial call (this was OK but would have preferred sooner). On day of appointment called to say they would be late. Would have charged us more to find hidden junction box with loose connection, so we paid them $200 and we found junction box, loose wire and corrected ourselves.

We had a long electrical to-do list that had been growing over the years. Since neither of us felt very comfortable doing electrical work, the list never received any attention. That was until the smoke detectors started going off randomly and without cause. After trying replacing them ourselves and not having success, we sought out professional help. Stafford provided us with very polite, respectful and professional service. We were very glad that they completed our to-do list and would call them again when the to-do list grows!!

Glenn was exactly on time despite snowy weather. The new fixture had been ordered from Canada and turned out to have some non standard issues. Glenn figured out how to compensate for the shortcomings of the parts and tweaked things to work on site. He was pleasant and sensitive to our questions. I would recommend Glenn without reservation, and by extension, would call Stafford again for home services.

Very well. I appreciated that they came out to fix these issues quickly because our granddaughter was coming and we needed to get them done. The electrician was thorough and his services were priced right.

Stafford home service was great. The quote was punctual and very competitive and the guys who performed the work were very personable, efficient and tidy. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd use them again.

Our radiators were not heating evenly and the heat was responding sluggishly to the thermostat. We diagnosed that we thought it was the pump failing, and gave that information to the scheduler. It was a little hard to get an appointment that worked for both our schedules, but when the plumber came out he was punctual, he called ahead to say he was on his way, and he even put on those little booties to protect our floors. He went straight to the basement and confirmed that it was in fact the pump. He had even brought a pump along in the truck, so once we approved the estimate he was able to go right to work. I will definitely use Stafford again in the future.

The TV never got finished correctly -- Comcast came and fixed it the next day -- and it turned out to be very simple (hooked up to the wrong cable). The router for the computer was not hooked up correctly, but I was able to fix it myself. Stafford electricians performed very well on previous work, so we were surprised. We would use them again for electrical work, but not for television/computer help.

They were recommended by Nest, and they delivered...given that we had to learn how to program it and ilnk it with iPad and phone, it seemed a bargain.

Stafford Electric owner and estimator Kris gave us the clearest and most detailed proposal, and convinced us that more changes we thought we needed were unnecessary -- and told us why. His was low bid. Work was scheduled for less than 2 weeks after we told Peggy we accepted their proposal. Dave and Erik arrived promptly, before 7:30 am. They went over the proposed work with me, and started immediately. By 9:00, Dave told me he was ready to shut off the power, and by 11:30 he had it back on. I was surprised to see Dave check out each of the 20 house circuits and then carefully record them in the circuit breaker box; that's over and above our expectations. They finished by 4:00 pm, and made sure they had everything cleaned up. Since the job needed a city inspection, Dave at first told me one would be ought by the end of the week. When I said I really wanted to move appliances back, he phoned someone and arranged for the inspector to come by before noon the following day! I couldn't be more satisfied with Stafford Electric, from start to finish. Plus I was able to use their Angie's List coupon.

I was going to install a dishwasher and called Stafford to put in 2 new outlets in the kitchen, and added on a weatherproof gfci outlet outside to replace the existing one that didn't work. The estimate was fair so he began the work right away. The job was quick, the results were perfect, and Glenn left the workspace cleaner than when he started. With that done, I put in my new dishwasher, cabinets and countertop and am enjoying the new kitchen. The project couldn't have gone better. Thanks!

I had emailed for an estimate and Jason was very responsive. With each question I had, he responded promptly with an accurate answer. He arrived earlier than we had scheduled, which was great for me since it was a Friday. He was very professional and speedy. He moved my electrical outlet and cable outlet up the wall and behind my t.v. He was able to hide all of the cords from view and it looks amazing! I would definitely hire this company again with theprice, speediness and professionalism that they displayed.

Emailed three places for estimates based on reading reviews on Angie's list. Stafford responded quickly and gave me an estimate right away. Tech arrived on time and quickly confirmed the estimate after doing a site inspection. He completed the job quickly and even found a cosmetically superior solution where I had been expecting to see some conduit in a closet. He cleaned everything up when he was finished. Cost was right on the estimate. No surprises.

Dan saved us from a long, cold weekend! Our heat was out, which seemed like a dire, expensive emergency, but it turned out to be an easily diagnosed and easily fixed problem. Dan talked us through it over the phone, no service charge required! Our furnace will need replacing eventually, and we will call Stafford first.

This was a great experience. From estimate to completion. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly. There were no surprises on the bill. The estimate I received is what I paid. Chuck completed the job quicker than expected. I will absolutely be calling these guys for any future needs Stafford Home Service provides.

I contacted Stafford in early December to arrange an estimate. Peggy was friendly and easy to work with. We scheduled an estimate in the next few days for Kris to come out. I appreciated their willingness to accommodate my schedule. Kris arrived promptly for the appointment and even took care to remove his shoes. His attention to detail was excellent. We went room by room analyzing the needs for each room and inspecting various components of the electrical system. Kris gave excellent options and his opinions on the work. This was, by far, the best experience I had getting an estimate for this project (and in general). Since it was such a large project, I greatly appreciated the time he spent (almost an hour) going through the house and taking notes. He agreed to have the written estimate emailed within 3 days and he did. The estimate was clear, detailed by room, and easy to understand. Kris quickly answered any follow-up questions I had. Peggy quickly followed up to schedule the project once I agreed to move forward. We scheduled 3 days, knowing it might take longer. Chuck and Chris arrived on-time and also treated our house like it was theirs. After a quick walk-though of the house and noting some changes to our original plan they got right to work. I felt comfortable leaving for work with them at the house. At the end of each day, Chuck walked me through what had been completed, any issues, and updated me on timing. On the second day it was determined that an extra day of work was needed. Peggy was once again very friendly and easy to work with and we got on the calendar within the next few days. Each day they arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were always willing to answer my questions and walk me thought any part of the project. It was clear Chuck and Chris were dedicated to high quality work from start to finish. Due to snow, Stafford will be back in the spring to finish the roof cap portion of the new bath fan. The final step was the electrical inspector's visit. The electrical inspector did not have any issues or require any further work. Without a doubt, Stafford was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. I have already recommended them to co-workers and friends and will not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

I had a couple estimates to upgrade service to 100 amp and found Stafford Home Service to have very competitive rates. Glenn and Kris came out and did a great job replacing the old electrical panel with a new 100 amp service panel. We are very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism provided by this company.
