Our work is owner operator and all customers deal with only one of two of our owners from start to finish. We do not hire salesmen. We only use a few select sub contractors who have been working with us for years and who pride themselves on quality standards and clear communication. Owner/supervisors are onsite at all times on all jobs verifying that all work is done to the highest of standards.

Our billing terms are net-30 for corporations other than LLC's; for all others, we require half down at sale, and half upon completion. Our trip charge is $60.00. The only thing that makes us unique and sets us apart is the fact that we are not fun, we are not unique, and on top of all that, we have no sense of humor at all...
