Gerard and New Life Contracting are amazing! After having fire damage to the exterior of our home, my husband and I didn’t really know where to start. We also did not want the headache of having to deal with the insurance company. We were referred to Gerard and New Life Contracting through a neighbor. It was a life savor! Gerard was always straight forward and thorough with every step of the process of repairing our home. He treated us and our home with utmost importance. His crew was respectful and did a wonderful job on everything. They were quick, which we liked, and very efficient. Bonus, Gerard took care of having to work with our insurance company so our involvement with them was minimal. I would absolutely refer anyone to New Life Contracting and Gerard. We were so fortunate to find them. Our house looks amazing! Thank you Gerard and New Life Contracting!

Carl and his team from New Life Contracting were great to work with. They heard about my issues with American Family denying my claim for storm damage from a trusted neighbor. Carl approached me and offered to help. He got the claim re-opened, met the adjuster on my roof, and this time American Family approved the entire claim. We got a new roof, new gutters, and a fresh coat of paint. Through the entire process Carl kept me informed of what was happening next, and promptly returned all my texts and calls with questions etc. Would be happy to recommend Carl and team to anyone in need.

5 STARS!!! My wife posted a question regarding our roof on Facebook on the neighborhood page and got a PM from Steve almost instantly. Steve and Carl came the next morning to get up on our roof and do an inspection. It didn’t take long for them to find storm/hail damage on our roof and window sashes. They walked us through the process and quickly earned our trust in taking care of everything. They are very good communicators and talk to you like people. They were also very friendly to our two children. On the day our insurance adjuster came, Steve and Carl came an hour earlier to have everything chalked to make sure the adjuster didn’t miss anything. Carl also went on the roof with the adjuster to assess the damages. About a week later we received our claim and were very pleased. Carl told me I should be doing a “Happy dance”. Sorry , not much of a dancer. After seeing the claim Carl put us on the schedule to get our roof done. We actually got it done on a week we were on vacation. Neighbors were sending us pictures left and right because they were so impressed with the work that was done. WE LOVE our new roof. Steve and Carl made the whole process smooth and easy. We couldn’t be more happy with the services they have provided us. We would recommend New Life Contracting to anyone needing roofing, siding, gutters, windows and more. We couldn't have been happier with the work that was done but what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service, and the desire Gerard had to make sure he did the best job possible for us! He worked with our insurance company and really fought for us. He was reliable, punctual and accountable. He is also very knowledgeable about what products are best to use and was very honest about what needed to be done and what didn't, which we really appreciated! I would highly recommend working with him!

Gerard Montez came and inspected the roof, he made multiple suggestions and explained why. He was thorough and pricing was competitive with other companies. Also, very responsive to my questions through phone calls/text with questions that I thought of through the process. In one area the pitch of my roof needed a rolled roof because it was 0% and the previous owner had ice dams because of the improper roof there. Very professional and qualified from day one to the completion of the job. Roof looks great, a job very well done, performed with skill.

New Life was supposed to work with the insurance company to estimate the scope and pricing per their contract. Instead they claim to have accumulated $130,000 of work in three weeks. When I questioned the costs and asked for more details, they yelled at me and threatened me.
