"A Commitment to Quality
I would have complete confidence to use Brilliantly Bright Cleaning Service in the future.
The power washing project was challenging for them due to the grade of my property and the height of the structure. So the project was physically challenging and it also challenged their equipment. What impressed me was their commitment to a high quality result despite the fact that it was a hard project to complete.  They kept after the work until it was done to their expectations.
In addition to their commitment to quality, they were nice guys to have around. Courteous, on time, friendly and focused on their tasks.  They do a nice job of communicating arrival times, project status and expectations. When I expressed concern over water spots left on the windows, they were back to address the concern within hours.
It's easy to comment highly when a project goes well. When there are challenges it could be easy to be critical, but, In this case, the manner in which they managed the challenges was truly impressive.
