They worked very hard to install Waterguard in the concrete floors inside around the foundation to the sump pump basket. They also installed Geo-lock anchors to support a block wall that was bowed. "Install seemed to go OK, crew was great - only reason I?m giving two stars. Communication with this company was horrendous. Scheduling my initial measurements was hilarious, because their staff doesn?t understand that I work on call and my schedule can change - I would give them at least 24 hours notice in the event I needed to reschedule (which is 26 hours more notice than they gave me). The grumpy old lady that handles the scheduling gave me attitude over it - the idea that I could POSSIBLY need to reschedule - like it was the biggest inconvenience of her day, and almost lost my business right then. Stupidly, I brushed off her attitude and incompetence, and decided to proceed since I had a signed contract anyway. They were supposed to show up between 8am-12pm - waited till 10am (after I took the day off work and lost several hundred dollars) to tell me the crew couldn?t make it, and rescheduled me TWO WEEKS OUT. At this point, we?re heading into frigid temps and snow, and my broke"

It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
