I paid him a down payment of which I know he paid is guys for another job so just to help him get my job done so I would have a sidewalk for the winter I gave him more money to buy the cement to do my job. He took that money too. My wife and I had to go buy ply board just to cover the hole for the winter. BRYON LARSON AKA HILLSIDE BUILDERS LLC ARE A SCAM/CROOKS. The main difference between asphalt and blacktop is that asphalt has a lower ratio of bitumen—a low-grade tar-like crude oil—than blacktop. There are more pros than cons, but there are a few disadvantages to sealing your driveway to be aware of.
