I had Dave give me estimates for a couple other jobs, but the prices were higher than competitors.
They started and finished right on schedule.
David pointed out several special situations and proposed good solutions, for example insulating the location for a shower enclosure on an exterior wall. He also coordinated well with the drywall contractor so that attic insulation was done at the right point in the drywall process.
David also helped with some small-scale carpentry work on very short notice.
I would not hesitate to call David Joice for any construction task.
All debris was cleaned up well.
