Richard called back immediately and set an appointment for the following Monday morning. Within 24 hours we had the results and were able to schedule the cleanup for the following day. The office worker Nancy was extremely helpful in clarifying what we would need to provide our carpet installers as well as what the cost and scope of work for the cleanup would be.
