On Site Cleaning sent a big truck and 3 young men to clean my very pet-urine stained carpet. After a considerable amount of carpet examination they deemed it not cost effective for me to have cleaned. Then they gave me a couple of ideas as to what I can do. Also, a sheet of paper on carpet care. All this for zero dollars! The young men were incredibly polite in introducing themselves, shaking my hand and playing fetch with one of my dogs! I would definately hire them again.
