"I am giving two stars because they did the work and replaced the impeller on my pump for my boiler. In the end, I asked for an itemized invoice - parts, labor, taxes, etc. broken out by line. The invoice I received was a one price invoice with nothing broken down. I called and asked for an itemized invoice and they sent me the same one - not itemized. I called again this morning and was told the company does not do itemized invoicing - so I have no idea what I paid for and how much they charged me for the various components - the biggest two being parts and labor. I told them on the phone I would never do business with them again."

"MISSING TIME ON ISSUE AND MONEY I had a mixed experience with Randy's Electric regarding my recent service appointment. Bateman was scheduled to come on October 27th, but unfortunately, the tenant was absent, and he couldn't access the property. The following day, Brian Ringgenberg arrived and provided the necessary service. He was very professional and informed me that there would be no charge for the missed appointment on October 27th since it was so close to the previous day and that it would all be consolidated into a single bill for the current service, which involved assessing the situation and changing some fuses. However, I encountered an issue when I checked my credit card statement a week later. To my surprise, I noticed that I had been double charged for the service. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the refund of $199.00."
