"I had a water valve break and ended up with 4 inches of water in my basement and 2 inches on the main floor. There was lots of demolition and then rebuild. Tearing out sheetrock, all flooring, cabinets, and preparing for the rebuild. He did hanging Sheetrock,prepping it, painting . He did sub flooring, woodwork, install lights fixtures, He also worked with sub contractors. He was very dependable, a perfectionist, and a hard worker.
