Joe was a very down to earth and sociable person. It was quite evident in the beginning of the inspection that he really knew what he was doing. Joe was very thorough in his answers and always checked to see if we had any questions and answered them fully. He pointed out any fixes that needed to be made and all the changes, or upgrades that could be done. He also followed it up with who to call or where to go to get them done. He was to the house a half hour before we were and already getting ready for the inspection. Very competitively priced. I would recommend Joe to all my friends and family!

I was very pleased with Joe & his inspection. I had previously done an inspection on another home with a different inspection company & was not real happy with the inspector. One major reason being he missed the fact that one of the outside walls had some bowing. Joe was very thorough and went over the issues with the house & was very practical about what the problems were & what would need to be done. He was also less expensive than the inspector I had used before. Luckily I now have found the home that I'm going to purchase & won't be needing to do any more inspections, but if I were, I would definitely use Joe again.

Very prompt, courteous and professional. Showed up to the house early and spent a lot of time on the inspection. Went over the highlights on the spot, and the electronic report was very thorough, with each issue categorized, described, photographed, and the remedy listed. Very straightforward report. I had an inspection done a few years back, and it was kid stuff compared to what Gateway put together for me-at a very reasonable price.

We hired gateway home inspection they were great. They were on time and went step by step to show us the problems with our home. I would recommend them to anyone.

He sent me an email to what needed to be improved. That was what I needed. Just very thorough, very kind, works around my schedule, very good. Communication was great. He just did the work, said that he was going outside of the house, then doing the roof. He was just very thorough, knows what he is doing.
