Was fine with my dog being nosy and curious. Gave very in-depth information and answered many questions. He also pulled me to various parts in and around the house to point out various notable things. He made a 50-odd page document with many details and pictures from multiple points as needed. Very knowledgeable about his profession.

Joe was great! He was timely and did a thorough inspection of our first home. His report was easy to read and I really enjoy the on-going support I receive from the automated re-check newsletters every month his company sends out.

Joe did a good job. He tested all the major items (furnace,a/c, breakers,radon,etc.). He did not find too many issues so a lot of the time we were there we listened to Joe talk about other things.

Joe's very thorough inspection of my grandmothers home came with both a phone call and a detailed report of what needed repair, why and made code related recommendations. Living out of state, once I received his report it was much easier to hire specific work done so I could fly in to meet with prearranged appointments. What a great resource to home owners! I highly recommend Joe.

Joe was very approachable and customer friendly. My biggest complaint with this service is that the warranty doesn't work as advertised. I have had over 4 months of back and forth with the warranty company of a leak that took place after the inspection and the company has still not reimbursed me. They have been fighting me the whole time. In addition, there were a few things that I learned about afterward that I believe should have been obvious for the inspection. For example after several assessments of my deck by qualified contracts I have learned that my deck stairs are completely unsafe. In inspection report my deck was not even mentioned as a potential problem area. This is pretty shocking given the inspector mentioned to me that he is generally pretty tuff on deck inspection. There was no mention of all the rotten and broken wood underneath the stairs. Rails coming apart. The entire deck will need to be rebuilt. Quite a surprise. Not sure how this could have been missed. It could have made a material difference to my purchase.
