"Krispy Clean, Inc. did a very nice job with my carpeting and couch cleaning project. However, when I first made the appointment they failed to put it on the books and the technician never showed up. When we called to request an ETA, we ended up having to reschedule for a later date--after we had already cleared all of the furniture out!"

They were able to get all the things I needed done pretty quickly and they made sure to check with me about any problem areas ahead of time. Expect service with a smile when dealing with R&D.
