"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

"I was very pleased with Etta and team. They are punctual, and asked questions as we walked through the home. I expressed what I needed and was assured that it would be met.. They were professional, and friendly plus very detailed. Etta focused on dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. Area rooms were wiped down very well and corners of ceiling and floor areas wiped down. The kitchen was thoroughly cleaned top to bottom. Etta expressed to cleaning the inside of our refrigerator but I was too embarrassed and declined, lol. Our family kitchen afterwards, sparkled like a ?. The hallway well cleaned, as well all bedrooms [dusted, swept and mopped clean]. Our bathrooms are breathing with cleanliness and freshness. I am super pleased in having her and her team back again. I plan too!!"

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You should clean your panels at least twice a year. It depends on your location. In dusty climates (think the Arizona desert), you may need to clean your panels more frequently. Dust can dramatically impact the electrical output. If you live in a climate with extreme weather, you may want to check your panels seasonally.

You can rinse your solar panels in some cases. For example, periodically rinsing your solar panels can remove light debris if you live in an agricultural or dusty area. Light dust and dirt won’t affect efficiency much, but they can build up and mix with other debris like animal droppings, leaves, and small sticks.

You should not clean roof shingles if the roof has damage like missing shingles or low spots where water may accumulate. You should focus on repairing the roof before any cleaning process occurs. If you notice roof damage as you’re climbing on the roof to clean it, stop immediately. Call a roofing pro to make repairs. Cleaning a roof that has damage could lead to pooling water or water damage to the roof decking. The roof cleaning process removes mold and mildew, making the roof look better. It is not going to fix physical damage, though.

You could void your roof warranty using a power washer if you have a newer roof. With an older roof, you could knock loose older shingles. On the other hand, some people safely use a pressure washer to remove moss from a metal roof. Although you may want to use a pressure washer, the truth is that you probably don’t need it to knock moss loose. A garden hose and brush will do the job just fine and in a safer manner than a pressure washer.

While DIY cleaning is feasible, it's risky without proper equipment or experience. Hiring professionals ensures safety and effectively avoids damage.
