Rader Electric sent two electricians out on schedule and the work was done efficiently and they talked everything they did with me as they went through and corrected my outlets. I provided the hardware and the team did all the labor. Everything was tested thoroughly before they left. I did not get a price estimate before the job but the bill was within the range of what I expected and they did apply the Angies list discount. So my only real critique was that they should make a practice of providing an 80% range estimate in advance when possible. I would hire them again.

On time, quickly determined problem, replaced defective part - 20 minutes total. While arranging the appt., Steve walked me through a couple of items just to make sure it wasn't something stupid/simple. He didn't have to do that.

Chris was prompt, went directly to work and did an excellent job.

They were able to get everything going well and determined that an outdoor cover had actually leaked and caused corrosion leading to a switch going bad. They replaced the switch and the system has worked well since. The diagnosis and checking was time consuming but actually was less expensive than the alternative (new pump motor) which would not have actually solved the problem

Well, 50% of our electrical went out in the house and 220v devices dead completely (sump pump, AC when the high for the that day was about 96 degrees etc). Called Tony from Helping Hands for an electrican referral and he recommended Shel at Rader Electric Co. Inc. Shel was very responsive, on site within a couple of hours, determined the issue, recommended options, providing budgetary pricing with a follow up of electronic pricing, electrican on site the next morning @ 9am sharp and was done by 12 noon with the site cleaned up. If anyone needs a reliable and trustworthy electrical call Shel @ Rader...........

He was punctual, knowledgeable, he helped us figure out what we needed. Finished the job on time.

As always, Rader responded right away to our electrical issue and completed the work in an expeditious way. A special plaudit goes to Dave, Rader's excellent on the scene crew leader.

I call to upgrade the wiring in an older house. Shel was clear in explaining what needed to be done and what didn't. He noticed a couple problems we hadn't. He was responsive to e-mails making changes in the plan and scheduling the work. I would use them again.

Mr. Shel Rader and his workman showed up right on time and spent approximately 20-25 minutes going over my questions and providing advice before starting work. Based on what I wanted done, Mr. Rader had to procure additional parts and did this while his workman stayed on site and started work. The job took approximately 4.5 hours and the work was done with minimal noise and mess. The workman offered some suggestions while completing the job that were nice additions (at no extra cost). The workman (Chris) thoroughly cleaned up when the job was complete and spent another 25 minutes at the end of the job going over the new system's operation. They did a very nice job and I would recommend them.

He called me and called back but his price was over $1,400 more than the next guy.

He was very organized and professional. His was one of the higher estimates but I am glad I chose him. The inspector even said it was a nice job. The work was done and inspected before one of the other companies got their quote to me.

They were great, they showed up on time, and I was really happy with their professionalism. I thought that the rates were really good as well; I would definitely recommend using them.

They did an excellent job. They came and installed the fan within one week from the date of estimate. The electrician was very courteous and professional. They cleaned up after they were done. I will call them again if we need any electrical work done around the house.

The owner came out to do the estimate personally. I met him at the house and he explained what needed to be done, the estimated cost and the time it would take to do the job. I had to work during the time his crew were going to be at the house, so did not see how they conducted themselves. However, I did meet the crew and they were all clean cut and professional in attitude and appearance. When I arrived home from work, the new service was in, the place was clean, and the home secured. I would highly consider Rader Electric again. I would highly recommend their services to others.

Having tried to obtain 4 other electricians without any results, Rader Electric Company was a breath of fresh air! I called Rader on a Friday (after work hours) and Mr. Rader promptly returned my phone call the next morning. He was at our home within a few hours! He promised to send a quote in the mail by the end of the week and we received it within a few days. When we decided to go with this company, we were scheduled to have the work done within a week. Mr. Rader and his crew arrived on time, and immediately went to work. The men worked diligently, were very polite and cleaned up well after they were finished. The work we required was done promptly and very professionally. We will definitely use Rader Electric Co again and recommend them to anyone for prompt and excellent electrical work.

THE ELECTRICIAN THAT DID THE WORK FOR US WAS VERY POLITE. HE DID A GREAT JOB. HE MADE SURE HIS WORK WAS DONE RIGHT BEFORE HE LEFT. WE REALLY ENJOYED HAVING HIM AT OUR HOME.
