I have done Post Construction Cleans, some were brand new homes on the beach front in N.C. While other cleans were Residential Remodels. I have an overall 5 years in that area. I specialize in detailed cleaning of homes, offices, vacation rentals, and apartment complexes. I mainly work alone but when in need, I have 2 experienced, trusted employees. Payment can be cash or check, payable to Angie Hamilton. I offer 10% off first cleaning to new customers. I specialize in detailed cleaning each and every visit. I provide general, detailed cleaning of each room in home, office etc. I do clean accessible windows. I clean outside of kitchen appliances unless customer requests inside. I will make beds and do laundry upon request.

Currently we are a 2 man cleaning crew. We offer a one time discount to new customers. Half off for the first 2weeks of cleaning services. We are paid bi-weekly by cash or check.

I'm the only employee only. Insured by State Farm. Charge by the hour but in some cases I'll use flat rates.
