Best Choice Total Home ImprovementBest Choice did an excellent job on my roof. They did the roof on my house and garage in one day. Owner Matt Kneeshaw showed up first thing in the morning to make sure everything got started off right. He answer any and all questions. The roofers were very professional making sure none the plants and shrubs around the house and garage weren't damaged during tear off and installation. I've never had a roofing crew pay attention to detail and clean up as good as these guys. I would definitely recommend Best Choice everyone. Thanks again Matt Kneeshaw.- David Z.

BCM RoofingThey showed up on time when they came out for the consultation. He gave me a call before they were coming out to take care of the work. I had some corrections about their cleaning all the gutters on the contract but they only cleaned some of them so I called and talked to them about that yesterday. I haven't heard back but I am assuming, since I haven't paid them yet, that they are going to be coming out and doing that because they have to come back. I would continue to work with them when needed and refer them to other people.- Scott E.

Birds Beware Window CleaningBirds Beware workers arrived on time and were very courteous. We spent considerable time discussing the job and they went to work providing what I would consider to be an exceptional service. The gutters were cleaned (both upper and lower), leaves were blown off the roof shingles, and downspouts were checked for debris and also checked for purpose and usability after the job. I would certainly have Birds Beware back for future services and should add that as an added service, workers even blew the leaves from my driveway as an additional/extra function. Birds Beware Window CleaningThis company is fantastic! They gave me a bid the day I called. We set a service date and they arrived just a few minutes late, but called to say they would be 5 or 6 minutes late! Two young men worked all day. They cleaned gutters, powerwashed the house, whitened gutters, did all windows and screens inside and out. I had removed the mullions before hand because they can be such a pain to take in and out, especially when some of them are broken. The put them all back in saying they didn't mind. They were great and my home looks great! On one side of the house I have stairs and a deck which were covered with algae, they power washed it free of charge, because when it got wet it was slippery. They did not want me or anyone else getting hurt when it was wet. They were delightful and hard working young men, taking only one or two few minute breaks. I never did ask them their names, and I am sorry I did not. Oh, one was Steve, because he was the one that called to say they would be late! I offered the bathroom or drinks and they declined, saying they were fine! I cannot say enough good about them and would recommend them highly.- Valarie S.

A-1 top notch roof replacement. The entire process was user friendly from sales and scheduling all the way through to the actual physical work. The crew showed up every day when they said they would and worked many long hours with high energy, focus & enthusiasm. The work area was constantly cleared of debris throughout the roofing process in a highly orchestrated and efficient manner. All personnel were friendly and courteous. The job was a large one and the finished product is a work of high quality and beauty. Would definitely hire again for a roofing replacement, repair, gutter cleanout or whatever else they do. I'm convinced that anything they do will be done with a high degree of precision and efficiency at fair and reasonable pricing.

We were initially impressed by the owner's itemized, detailed bid submission. We went back and forth to refine a few things but went into the project feeling confident b/c the others weren't nearly as detailed or organized. Demo started in November 2017. HVAC, electrical, plumbing upgrades (and some structural issues) began in January. We originally estimated that the project would be done end of April. There were a few setbacks mainly due to materials/suppliers delays and a few structural surprises found during demo, so we finished almost the entire project in May. Just a few punch list items left, but nothing compared to other projects I've seen and experienced as a real estate agent and home renovator. All the inspector approvals happened early June, and we were moved in. Only the the replacement of a defective sink is left-- but that was the manufacturer's delay as they sent a replacement that was also uneven in casting so we had to order for a 3rd time. Dennis and his team were professional, did what they said they would do, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. As always, I recommend creating a detailed list of everything you want to happen and actively participating in the project. Dennis' team didn't push back on the collaborative effort and the end result shows the entire process' success. I don't have photos right now, but will upload some later if possible.

In September, 2028, the company owner came to our house and after looking down the chimney told us our fireplace chimney was separated and could not be used. After having a highly reputable company take the job, we found that Stan's had lied to us. We watched the camera go up the chimney and all seams on the flue were intact. We were also told that our chimney was clean. One look at what came out of the chimney revealed yet another lie. The chimney was very dirty. We are senior citizens and could be targets for unnecessary repairs. In the long and short reasons, Stan's could have been trying to sell us more than we needed. He also told us he would need to put a hole in our brand new roof or sidewall to the fireplace. None of this needed. Call Doctor Chimney for a fair and responsible resolution to Fireplace issues.
