He gave advice about future carpet and use of cleaning soutions (on hard floors & their effect on carpeting). We paid him independently of "Home Advisor". Our experience with scheduling FROM HOME ADVISOR was canceled twice. e dealt completely with Charles from "Nice & Clean." We willnever use "Home Advisor" again. They asked for credit card info in advance & guaranteed a price. According to our provider of service this was erroneous activity."

"Travis and Jason came out the same day to clean our fireplace chimney. They were very nice, very efficient and not only cleaned up the ashes but the glass door as well.
