"I called Brian when my lawn mower broke down I needed somebody just for a couple weeks until I could fix my lawn mower. Most landscaping companies would not return my call. Brian's a stand-up dude he helped me out. I highly recommend Brian he helped me out in my time of need and he'll do the same for you."

"Shelby communicates clearly and pleasantly. She is professional and friendly. She did a deep cottage cleaning for us initially with follow up cleanings that have resulted in the cottage looking better than it ever has. As well because of her extensive background and experience, Shelby is also able to provide valuable advice, recommendations, and other services."

"I am very meticulous and expect things to be completed to the highest standards when using a professional, especially when I am investing a great amount of money. I am new to this area and don't have many references to choose from so I chose this company from the yellowpages. I am completely pleased with the job and the company. Leon looked beyond the basic requirements of this project and noted some landscaping and drainage issues that were not a part of this contract, and fixed them. He went above and beyond what I suspect an average contractor would have provided and I am confident my patio will last for decades due to his effort and attention to detail. This was a relatively small project for this company, but if I ever need any landscaping work in the future, I will not call any other company to do it for me. The workers arrived on time; they maintained a clean and professional work space and put away all the equipment at the end of each workday. They reused my existing pavers; stacked them neatly to the side while preparing the area, and cleaned each brick of dirt and moss before replacing it in the repaired space. Leon returned 24 hrs after the work was completed to ensure everything met his and my approval.

Landscaping questions, answered by experts

Determining how many boulders you’ll need for your landscaping project depends on the area you need to cover and how big each boulder is. First, you’ll need to determine how big of an area you want covered, then divide that by the base surface area of the boulders. A landscape professional can help you determine how many boulders will be right for your project.

DIY landscaping is possible, but professional services offer expertise in selecting appropriate plants and designing functional spaces that complement the natural environment and adhere to local regulations.

If you choose to leave gaps between your pavers, you can grow some ground cover plants between them for an organic feel. Look for plants such as creeping thyme, dymondia, jewel mint of Corsica, or clover.

Pavers are one of the most affordable methods of creating an elevated outdoor space. Gravel is an equally affordable alternative. If your budget permits, you can look into building a permeable driveway to ensure proper drainage. Grid pavers, pervious concrete, brick, and brick pavement are all effective materials. Permeable driveways are great options, especially if you live in an area with heavy rainstorms.

DIY home gardening can be relaxing, joyful, and cost-effective. From mowing your lawn to planting your own flower beds, there is a wide variety of gardening tasks that you can do yourself to make your yard look beautiful. If you’d rather spend your time not in the dirt, or if you’d like someone to take care of your plants for you, calling a professional gardening service is best. They can give you a workup of what services you’ll need and how often to schedule them.
